So keep it simple, focus on small measurable improvements every single day in your business. Focus on surprising and delighting the clients that you have asking for referrals in order to grow.

And that's how you show up as an inclusive leader when you truly care and you care about having different people in your space that think differently than you. That is how you can stand out as an inclusive leader and build an inclusive community.
ALWAYS THINK OF YOUR FUTURE
I actually set myself a weekly focus and affirmation so that I know that everything that I do in my business for my clients on social media is really aligning with where I want to be in my business and where I want to be in my future. So that I can celebrate the fact that I'm actually intentionally carving out the life that I want to live and not just getting sucked down different rabbit holes at different times and questioning the next launch or just focusing on this next month or quarter. I always know what the bigger picture is.
NICHE DOWN (WITH A TWIST)
Now, the niche advice is pretty old, pretty standard. But as our community and our world becomes more divided and people are niching to their specific interest in needs. It becomes increasingly important for all entrepreneurs to at least have a target market in mind if they can specialize it.
And I'm not saying you have to change your whole business to serve this market, but having at least one offer and your offering line that is for one type of person solving, one type of problem is going to help you a lot in 2021. Because as things change, having something that people can be like, “Oh, this, for this problem, only this person can help me.” It's just going to be very helpful and you will not regret having it.
So that's my big tip is even if you don't change your whole business, having at least one offer that is niched out, it is for one person for a very specific problem is going to be the way to go. It's the move for 2021.
