In the Low Maintenance Team Framework, there are two separate but equally important parts: the leader who creates the right environment and the team who steps up to the opportunity.

So this experience consists of two separate but equally important sessions - a team development session and the leadership session.

A 2-hour session with the full team (CEO Optional) that allows the team to get to know themselves and their teammates at a much deeper level. The session covers:

Using DISC, we'll dive into their personal superpowers, challenges, and best-fit projects to help them understand how they each contribute to the team in their own unique way.

TEAM COMMUNICATION STYLES

Most conflict comes from how something is said and received and learning each others natural way of communication helps everyone adapt and understand the intention more easily.

COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITIES

By openly talking about the superpowers and challenges, the team is now better able to see where they can step up and can ask for help more easily from others with the necessary superpower.

THE LEADERSHIP SESSION

A 3-hour session with the CEO and leadership team to dive deep into the elements needed to develop a low maintenance team environment. The session covers:
